FAQ

All your questions. Answer first.

The six questions we hear most, then the long version: the offer, the method, the channels, your data, the scope. Every answer starts with the answer — the explanation follows.

What we’re asked before we start.

Today I do this work mostly by hand, with AI and existing software: collect the source, find the comparable project, qualify, draft. Validation is human.

What Build & Transfer changes: the steps become an infrastructure connected to your sources — it suggests matches, applies your rules, prepares first drafts, and I check the results.

Under Build & Run: I prepare the files, you approve the first batch and the strategic accounts, sends go out from your accounts, you lead every conversation and take the meetings.

No. The system is built on the tools your teams already use — your CRM stays the source of truth.

Because a bought lead can match general criteria without being relevant to your know-how. Your accounts come from your delivered projects and references — the elements that give a credible reason to reach out, which no list vendor holds.

Good — the system is built for them, not instead of them. It prepares the account files; your team approves, converses and closes. Thirty seconds per output, and their feedback makes the engine sharper.

It depends on your data — and we won’t invent a number. The weekly volumes we publish are a target working cadence, calibrated in the first weeks, never a promise of replies or meetings.

No — and be careful with anyone who does: that promise only holds by sending more, the exact volume game you’re trying to leave. What we guarantee is the work: three ready-to-contact accounts in ten working days, or we keep going at our own cost.

The rest, topic by topic.

The offer

The 30-minute call is free and without commitment: we look at your situation, your sources and your delivered projects, and tell you whether this is for you — including when the answer is no. The Diagnostic is the first paid step of the collaboration: ten working days on your own data, €2,500 excl. VAT, fully deducted if you continue within 30 days.

Yes. The Diagnostic is a standalone offer: ten working days, a complete deliverable, no obligation to continue — and its amount is fully deducted if you continue within 30 days, into Build & Run or Build & Transfer alike.

The same system in both cases — the difference is who operates it. Under Build & Run, NateSystem operates: I prepare the account files, you approve, sends go out from your accounts and you lead every conversation. Under Build & Transfer, the system is built with your team and then handed over, training and documentation included, so they run it on their own. Neither is the lesser choice: the question is who, on your side, should hold the machine.

They are priced at the end of the Diagnostic, on the scope it has defined — and the Diagnostic is fully deducted if you continue within 30 days.

The method

No — and that is a commitment of method, not of intent. NateSystem does not try to maximise the number of accounts contacted: we connect your delivered projects, your references and your expertise to identify companies whose situation matches a problem you already know how to solve. Your reputation is not a testing ground.

In four steps, and the first carries all the others. One: we analyse your data and your won deals — who bought, on what problem, and which expertise made the difference. Two: we extract the pattern that repeats, the common thread across your best projects, which is rarely the one you expect. Three: we look for that pattern on the market, in companies you do not know yet, and check which ones are in that situation right now: an announced project, a hire, a constraint coming into force. Four: within those, we identify the person who owns the problem. The pattern comes from your data; without it, the search has no starting point.

Three questions decide, and it takes three yeses. Does the problem look like a situation you have already handled? Does this company’s context make your expertise relevant? Do we have a reference, a project or a proof that explains why you are reaching out? If a single answer is no, the account leaves the list. We do not help you contact more accounts — we help you avoid the wrong ones.

Every recommended account carries a precise reason to contact it, a comparable situation and a relevant reference. No account is approached without your approval. The selection is guaranteed, not the commercial result: if we cannot explain why your expertise is relevant to a company, we do not recommend contacting it.

The channels

No — email is the main channel, LinkedIn is used selectively, and the phone is reserved for priority accounts, when the context justifies it.

No. LinkedIn actions remain assisted and human-approved — NateSystem does not offer mass-automated LinkedIn prospecting.

Your data and your tools

No. Assessing its quality and usability is precisely what the first days of the Diagnostic are for. A major clean-up or migration remains a separate piece of work, priced separately if needed.

No. Your existing data can be scattered. What you do need is to be able to identify the available sources and involve the people who know what they contain.

You do. The software accounts, the data and the source code stay with you; NateSystem configures, administers and documents the system within the agreed scope.

Scope

It depends on yours. A consulting firm, yes: a company that sells its expertise, like the ones this offer addresses. An engineering consultancy, not yet — and NateSystem does not present sector cases that do not exist. The demonstrator runs on synthetic data; the method, the scope, the conditions for success and the systems already built are presented separately, without blurring the line.

Yes — we work with European companies that sell expertise in B2B, from France to Central Europe. The work is the same; only the language of the sequences changes.
