Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026
This site collects the bare minimum needed to answer an enquiry. There is no advertising tracker, no data resale, and no automatic sign-up to any mailing list.
What is collected, and only if you send it
The form on the contact page submits the information you enter: first name, last name, business email, company, website, role, headcount, priority, tools in use, preferred timeframe and your message.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a first conversation.
- Legal basis: your consent, given through the checkbox on the form.
- Recipient: Nathan Goutagny only.
- Retention: three years after the last exchange, then deletion.
What is not collected
- Values entered in the potential-value explorer stay in your browser. They are neither transmitted nor stored.
- No profiling, no advertising score, no sharing with any advertiser.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie. That is precisely why no consent banner appears: there is nothing to consent to.
A theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie.
Processors
- Vercel: site hosting. Technical logs (IP address, timestamp) are produced automatically for security and availability.
- Resend: delivery of the email generated by the contact form.
- Cal.com: booking. If you book a slot, the information you enter there is processed by Cal.com under its own policy.
None of these services receives data beyond what its function requires.
Your clients’ data
This concerns engagements rather than the site. During an engagement, software accounts, databases and documents remain the client’s property and are opened in the client’s name. NateSystem acts on those environments as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, inside the contractually defined scope.
The site is built to meet GDPR requirements. No GDPR certification is claimed: no such certification exists.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise it, write to nathan@natesystem.com. A response follows within one month at the latest.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the CNIL in France, the NAIH in Hungary, or the authority of the Member State where you reside.
Governing language
This English version is provided for convenience. The French version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
